Cancellation policy

1. Subscriptions

MapBulk plans are sold as monthly subscriptions. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price of the selected plan until it is cancelled.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• online, through the subscription portal at pay.mapbulk.com/a/subscriptions/login; or
• by contacting us at support@mapbulk.com from the email address associated with your MapBulk account.

3. Effect of cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation. Your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid. Credits already allocated retain their original expiry date of three calendar months from allocation.

4. Cancellation fees

No fees are charged for cancelling a subscription.

5. Plan changes

Plan changes are made from your MapBulk account. A change to a different plan is charged at the full price of that plan, starts a new monthly billing period and is not prorated.

6. Refunds

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
